Three steps to success!

A successful profile creation and online application at DHL is easy. It consists of only three steps:

    1. Create your Job World user account on this page
    2. Complete your personal profile on the following pages.
    3. Use your profile to apply for open positions on Job World.

An email confirming your chosen user name and password will be sent once you have submitted your profile. However, you can use your log-in immediately after completing this account creation page if you so wish.

You can take a break from the profile creation process at any time and continue later. Simply log-in with your username and password to complete your profile and application.

Please note that your user name will allow you to log into all Job World job boards of DHL.

Data Protection Notice  
  The protection of personal data is an important issue for us. Your data will be handled in accordance with federal and state legal provisions on the protection of personal data and on data security.

Your personal data will be stored exclusively for recruitment and hiring purposes in our candidate management system as mandated under federal and state law, and the company will evaluate your credentials for job opportunities available at the company or for a specific job opportunity selected by you. Subject to state and federal law, you have the right to view and correct inaccurate data maintained about you, and you may be asked to review and update your data from time to time. You may also remove your data from consideration.

Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, however, Group-wide staff selection processes may involve access to your data by authorized Human Resources decision-makers and employee representatives within DHL/ Deutsche Post World Net.

  Subsequent to your account creation future log-ins using your user id and personal password are possible anytime. Your profile is however not yet visible to DHL at this point in the process. You will be asked to activate your profile at the end of the online application form thereby allowing full visibility to DHL.
